Oakley Township is a 378-acre master planned development situated along Fayetteville and Oakley Roads in South Fulton County. Hayes | James was involved in the project from the beginning, providing the initial coordination with the Atlanta Regional Commission’s D.R.I. submittal and the rezoning for the over 1,200 single-family lots. Hayes | James also provided the wetlands delineation review, stream evaluation, master land planning, and coordination of the 23-acre school site.

Hayes | James was responsible for the site engineering and construction documents for the mixed-use development, including the master wastewater and storm water management studies, 3 amenity area complexes, 1½ miles of internal parkway, individual lot house location plans, and the incorporation of over 100 acres of park/open space area. 

Hayes | James provided construction staking, boundary surveys, final platting, and complete permitting with the State of Georgia, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and Fulton County.
