Hayes | James provided land planning, site design and surveying services for this 900-acre subdivision in Flowery Branch, Georgia. Work included lot development plans, design of 2 miles of collector roads, three amenity centers, one tennis center and two entrance improvements along existing roadways.

Hayes | James provided conceptual site planning, site engineering, and railway and civil construction documents for a 1,000-acre industrial park located on Fulton Industrial Boulevard. Responsibilities included the design and construction coordination of over 16,000 LF of rail, 11,700 LF of internal parkway, over 1,200,000 SF of warehouse/office space, and site construction permitting for the first two phases of the project.

Other responsibilities included flood plain reclamation, wetlands permitting, and Georgia DOT permitting.
