Commercial Campus
- 76-acre site located along Interstate 85 within College Park
- Involved with the review of the headquarters campus through an association with the architectural firm, Smallwood Reynolds Stewart & Stewart
- Review included an update to the topographic and boundary data
- Hayes | James was responsible for
- Flood plain study prepared for approximately 35 acres
- Review of the existing streams for delineation of wetlands
- Review of protection of sensitive areas and potential for future enhancement along the waterways
- Provided updated survey data for the preparation of current and future headquarters campus developments
Georgia Baptist Convention Campus
Commercial Development
- 44-acre site, situated in the northwest corner of Sugarloaf Parkway and Satellite Boulevard
- Preliminary design included master planning efforts for the initial 26-acre development
- Project includes the five-story (150,000 SF) headquarters, parking deck, and master storm water management
- Special care taken in planning effort to provide elegant solutions for site access
- Plan included establishing the limits of the 100-year flood plain
- Hydrological analysis and location of all streams/waters so areas could remain protected
- Existing lake as a centerpiece of the development accomplished by providing separate facility for water treatment of runoff from the parking areas
Gwinnett Medical Center–Duluth
Hospital & Medical Campus

Madison County Retreat Community
Mixed-Use Planned Development
- 150-acre mixed-use planned development campus situated in rural Georgia
- Site planning included a public garden section with six themed areas that depict the countries of China, England, Korea, Italy, Japan, and the United States

- Initial coordination of the gardens and retreat center area
- Submittal and approval of the concept plan and rezoning request
- Design of the preliminary concept plan for the mixed-use development

Gwinnett Medical Center Campus–Master Plan
Hospital Master Plan
- Preparation of a Master Plan for the 120-acre Medical Center–Lawrenceville Campus
- Located at Georgia Highway 316 and State Route 120
- Coordinated with the hospital, the architectural team, and local governmental authorities
- Responsibilities included coordination of the proposed Lawrenceville-Suwanee County Roadway
- Master Plan included preparation of
