Special care taken in planning effort to provide elegant solutions for site access
Plan included establishing the limits of the 100-year flood plain
Hydrological analysis and location of all streams/waters so areas could remain protected
Existing lake as a centerpiece of the development accomplished by providing separate facility for water treatment of runoff from the parking areas
