  • Buildings designed to capture the historic details of the surrounding area
  • Mixed-use project of retail, office, residential and a hotel will be compatible with the historic character of the district
  • Design provided public green space and hardscape plaza areas

  • The two-building development consists of 139,000 SF of residential space on upper floors; 7,800 SF of retail on the ground level
