  • Design of several aboveground storm water detention ponds to serve the development

  • Two entrance improvements along existing roadways
• Two road crossings were accomplished over existing streams
• Utilized 30- and 50-foot-wide arch plate culverts to avoid impacts to wetland areas

Master Planned Community

• Responsible for the design of the parkways and all associated local roads for this 894-acre master planned community
• Coordinated all lot layouts and grading for the pods and the amenities facility
• Over 3 miles of walking trails throughout the community
• Currently coordinating in the updated master plan and development of future phases

• 21-acre planned residential community located along Kent Drive in Newnan
